Rules

OutLasted is a public paid-placement product board. You choose an amount, submit something you are allowed to promote, and pay once. Higher eligible paid totals receive more prominent placement under the rule shown on the board.

OutLasted screens the submission and destination before checkout opens. Everything on OutLasted must be lawful, honest, safe for a general audience, and submitted by its owner or an authorized representative.

• OutLasted orders eligible products by their disclosed pre-tax paid total.
• Today, week, and month periods reset at the UTC boundary shown in the interface. All-time never resets.
• If totals tie, the entry that reached the total first stays ahead.
• Quotes and projected positions can change while checkout is open.
• Every placement is paid advertising—not an endorsement, organic recommendation, prize, investment, or wager.

OutLasted accepts lawful tangible consumer products from an authorized brand, seller, or representative.

The destination must be an official product page or authorized retail listing. Personal profiles, editorial articles, anonymous pages, marketplace search results, scraped listings, and unauthorized third-party products are not eligible.

• Pornography, nudity, sexualized content, sexual services, fetish content, dating or hookup services, adult chat, or adult creator pages such as OnlyFans.
• Anything involving sexual exploitation, minors, non-consensual content, or child sexual abuse material.
• Gambling, betting, lotteries, games of chance, contests with unlawful prizes, or deceptive schemes.
• Illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, tobacco or vaping products, malware, phishing, credential theft, or malicious redirects.
• Scams, impersonation, fake reviews, pyramid schemes, fabricated claims, counterfeit goods, piracy, or infringement.
• Hate, harassment, threats, graphic violence, glorification of abuse, self-harm encouragement, doxxing, or private data sold or published without permission.
• Political candidates, campaigns, election influence, political fundraising, or paid issue advocacy by political actors.
• Anything prohibited by Whop, card networks, sanctions, export controls, or applicable law.

OutLasted does not currently accept securities, investment products, crypto tokens or exchanges, lending, credit repair, debt relief, money transmission, unlicensed financial advice, prescription medicine, unapproved drugs, supplements with medical claims, alcohol, fundraising, charities, sweepstakes, or other regulated offers that require special approval.

• Use a working HTTPS destination that matches the submitted identity and category.
• Names, descriptions, prices, comparisons, testimonials, and performance claims must be accurate and supportable.
• You must own or be licensed to use every logo, image, video, sound, name, and piece of copy.
• No hidden redirects, forced downloads, deceptive buttons, fake alerts, cloaking, or ranking manipulation.
• Keep required advertising, affiliate, health, sponsorship, and consumer disclosures clear.

OutLasted automatically inspects a submission and its destination before payment and may inspect it again later. We may reject, recategorize, pause, remove, or block content that breaks these rules, changes materially, creates risk, or cannot be verified. Serious or clearly unlawful content may be removed without notice. Buying placement does not prevent enforcement and does not create a refund right.

To report a placement or appeal a decision, email talha@trydelta.io with the OutLasted URL, a short explanation, and supporting evidence. We may ask for proof of identity, ownership, or authorization.
